BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Although it looks brief, this a one of the best itineraries to fully experience Uganda within a short time. It takes through the four (4) major national parks (Bwindi Impenetrable .N.P, Queen Elizabeth N.P, Kibale N.P & L.Mburo N.P) of Uganda with unique activities. It also gives a good cultural and rural experience in some parts of Uganda. For example; you will be able to do two incredible tourist activities (Gorilla & Chimpanzee Tracking), visit the source of the world’s longest river (Nile) as well as the world’s strongest Water falls (Murchison Falls). A brief stay at Lake Bunyonyi, will also enable you see and even swim in the second deepest lake of Africa. Lastly but not the least, your luck will enable you see all the BIG 5 of Africa as well as Uganda’s BIG 9.
Suggested Schedule of Activities
Day 1: Pick up and drive through Entebbe, Kampala upto Jinja for an overnight. Depending on how you spend your precious time, this day will enable you have brief city tours around Entebbe, Kampala cities. A brief adventure and visit to the source of River Nile will make everything memorable. Overnight stay in Jinja.
Day 2: Very early in the morning, drive through the Rural part of Central Uganda to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary (for Rhino Tracking) thereafter proceed to Murchison falls national park, visit the top of the falls before check-in at the lodge.
Day 3: After early morning breakfast, go for a game drive and in the afternoon we shall have a boat cruise on River Nile towards Murchison Falls.
Day 4: Drive through western part of Uganda and go to Kibale National Park for chimpanzee tracking.
Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking (In-case we don’t do along day of tracking, we shall have a community swamp walk around Bigodi Swamp.)
Day 6: After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth N.P through Fort Portal Tourist City and Kasese town. After lunch and check-in at the lodge, go for an evening game drive.
Day 7: Very early in the morning, go for a game drive, thereafter proceed for a boat cruise and then after lunch at the lodge proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable NP for Gorilla tracking.
Day 8: Gorilla tracking and there after drive to Lake Bunyonyi for an overnight. (Safari Climax)
Day 9: After breakfast, drive to L. Mburo National Park, then after check- in at the lodge, we shall have an evening game drive.
Day 10: Early morning, go for a nature walk for an exceptional experience with the wild animals in this park and thereafter, drive to the Airport.

SOUTHERN UGANDA CULTURAL DISCOVERY + GORILLA & CHIMPANZEE TRACKING - (10DAYS)

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
It’s a uniquely designed plan/ schedule giving you a chance to visit five (5) National Parks and one (1) Wildlife Reserve. It enables you to come across eight (8) out of Uganda’s BIG 9 animal species. It takes you through three (3) rich kingdoms in Uganda (Buganda, Tooro and Bakonjo). Apart from Mt. Gorillas and Chimpanzees, you will have a chance of seeing the SITATUNGA (an endangered swampy specialist) antelope. For birders, this is a must take. Also, a detailed Kampala city tour and a night at Lake Bunyonyi (Second deepest lake in Africa) and a series of panoramic views en-route, are very rewarding. Suggested Schedule of Activities
Day 1: Kampala city tour (Bulange, Lubiri, Namugongo martyrs shrine & Religious sites)
Day 2: drive to Fort portal city, have a stopover at Tanda pits then proceed to Katonga wildlife Reserve for a nature walk expect to reach in the evening.
Day3: In the morning drive Semiliki N.P for a natural walk to Sempaya Hot springs and then after lunch visit the Amabeera Ga nyina Mwiru Caves before returning to Fort Portal Tourist City.
Day 4: Morning Chimpanzee Tracking and in the evening for a Bigodi Swampy Walk
Day 5: In the Morning visit Tooro Kingdom thereafter proceed to Kasese to visit the Bakonjo kingdom before proceeding to Queen Elizabeth N.P for An overnight stay.
Day 6: Morning game drive and then an evening game drive to the craters.
Day 7: Briefly go for morning game drive thereafter go for a mid-morning boat cruise and then proceed to Ishasha Sector for tree climbing lions and an overnight stay.
Day 8: Go for a morning game drive and then after, lunch proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable N.P for over nightstay.
Day 9: Gorilla tracking and there after proceed to Lake Bunyonyi for overnight stay.
Day 10: In the morning return back to Kampala driving through L.Mburo N.P and a stopover at the Equator. Expect to be in Kampala late in the evening.

NORTH EASTERN, IK’s & KARAMOJONG CULTURE EXPERIENCE – (11 DAYS)

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
This itinerary offers a total Karamojong cultural experience. Karamojong’s share almost similar culture traits like the Masai of Tanzania and Kenya’s Samburu cultures. The hike to Mt. Morungole is quiet rewarding especially when you encounter the IK’s community, one of the still remaining 10 most remote cultural communities in the world. Rich game drives in Pian Upe & Kidepo National parks are quiet unforgettable. Nature walk and cave tourism lovers will have a lot of memories to take back home. Acholi culture experience and Rhino Tracking at Zziwa Rhino sanctuary summarizes the beauty of this itinerary. If this safari is taken in an Even – numbered year, expect to get a chance of enjoying the IMBALU cultural dances on the way. Lastly, this north eastern region of Uganda is less congested with tourists, hence being ideal for eco-tourists.
Suggested Schedule of Activities
Day 1: Pick up and drive through Entebbe, have a brief Kampala city tour thereafter after lunch proceed to Jinja. Visit the source of the Nile and then proceed to Busowoko falls. For an evening water enjoyment and overnight stay.
Day 2: Early in the morning drive to Sipi Village via Mbale City and hike to the Sipi falls. In the evening go for coffee tourism with the community.
Day 3: After morning breakfast, with your lunch box drive to the Forest Exploration Center (Mt. Elgon Kapkwai Gate) for a nature/forest walk, and expect to see/visit and explore various caves within your reach. Expect to come back to the Lodge in the evening.
Day 4: Early morning after breakfast, drive to Pian –Upe/Namalu for a game drive before check-in. after lunch, go for a community visit for your first Karamojong cultural experience.
Day 5: After early morning game drive, drive to Kotido and in the evening visit Nakapelimoru (the largest village in East Africa) for a detailed Karamojong Experience.
Day 6: Very early in morning drive to the starting point and partly hike Mt. Morungule for a visit to the Ik’s Community. (This is another isolated type of Karamajong group). Thereafter proceed to Kidepo. Overnight stay in either Kaabong or Kidepo.
Day 7: With your lunch box, early morning drive to the park for a long day game drive. Explore the park to the fullest before check- in at the lodge late evening.
Day 8: Early morning nature walk, and thereafter proceed to Gulu city for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Tour Gulu City and the Acholi communities. Then lunch after proceed to Murchison falls National Park you will have short evening game drive before check in. to the lodge.
Day 10. After early morning breakfast, go for a long morning game drive and expect a bush lunch experience and after lunch go for a boat to the Murchison falls.
Day 11. After breakfast, drive to the top of the falls and thereafter proceed to Zziwa Rhino sanctuary. Thereafter after, return to Kampala for a cultural dinner experience.

For culture purists, a visit to Nakapelomoru village is very rewarding. The interesting non pastoralists Ik’s, is a very interesting Karamojong community to spend a day with. Also this safari takes you through full chances of seeing the Uganda’s Big 9. Actually here, you experience most of the Uganda’s must visit national parks. For Birders, it exposes you to many chances of spotting most of the endangered species. The hilly nature of the terrain, especially in the southern art of the Country, will further confirm to you that you have really VISITED the pearl of Africa.

Day 2: Drive to Sipi via Mbale city for a hike to the falls and Coffee tourism, thereafter proceed to Pian Upe for an evening game drive before check in to the lodge.
Day 3: Morning game drive in Pian-Upe N.P and thereafter proceed to Kotido, in the evening visit Nakapelimoru Village. Overnight stay in Kotido.
Day 4: Drive to Kaabong and hike to the IK’s Community thereafter proceed to Kidepo N.P.

Day 12: morning drive to Ishasha sector of QENP for a long game drive and there after proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable N.P.
Day 13: Gorilla tracking and Lake Mutanda Camp Fire
Day 14: Traditional Canoe exploration of the lake and Batwa community walk, thereafter proceed to L. Mburo N.P
Day 15: Morning Nature walk and thereafter proceed to Kampala and you will have a stopover at the equator.
