BATTE Siraje (DTM,BTM,MENR, LLB)
CEO
Batte is one of the founding members of Apogee Safaris Ltd, He is a well-educated ethno ecologist with a vast Experienced in wildlife safaris guiding since 2001. He is a seasoned educationist, professional consultant, with passion for tourism, wildlife conservation,community development and wildlife Advocacy.

He is a Senior Tour Guide and respected expert in the field and has taught many excellent hotel & Tourism rofessionals in Uganda and Africa as well. He holds a Diploma in Tourism Managementfrom from HTTI a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, and a Master’s Degree in Environment and Natural Resources from Makerere University, a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Pentecostal University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC).

Nansamba Sarah (DTM)

Reservations Officer
Nansamba is an experienced tourism professional who has been actively involved in Uganda’s tourism industry since 2010. She has established herself as a skilled Reservationist and Administrator, known for her efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Sarah holds a Diploma in Tourism Management from Buganda Royal Institute of Business and Technical Education.Her academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has equipped her with exceptional expertise in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Throughout her career, Nansamba Sarah has demonstrated remarkable organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for promoting Uganda’s tourism potential. she is professional and dedication to excellence. Besides, Sarah is a happily married responsible lady with 2 beautiful daughters and ready to serve you with a lot of dedication.

Zziwa Sulaima (DTM, BGED )
Foreign Language Guide
Please Meet Zziwa our head foreign Language guides. He is experienced with a wider exposure of the tourism industry. His rich talent in teaching, always makes his safaris very interesting. He is a passionate and professional tour guide with a remarkable background in tourism and geography. He holds a Diploma in Tourism management from Buganda Royal Institute of business and technical education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Environment and Development from Universiti Brunei Darussalam where he emerged as the best student at both institutions.

He speaks English, German and can comfortably communicate in Standard Malay. Sulaiman’s guiding philosophy is simple — “Every journey should educate, inspire, and leave lasting memories.” His deep understanding of East Africa’s landscapes, people, and heritage continues to make him an invaluable member of any travel team.

Senyondo Esau (CT, DTM)

Marketing Officer
Senyondo holds an excellent experience in safari guiding with special interest in mammals. He has been working in the field of tourism for over Ten years. Esau is a passionate and dedicated tourism professional with a strong background in hospitality and marketing. He holds a Certificate in Hotel and Tourism and a Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management both from Buganda Royal Institute of Business and Technical Education.

Esau has devoted his career to marketing hospitality and tourism services, showcasing an exceptional ability to connect travelers with memorable experiences.

With his blend of academic training, hands-on experience, and genuine love for the tourism industryEsau stands out as a skilled marketer ready to contribute meaningfully to the success and growth of any forward-thinking tour or hospitality organization.

Kyeyune Kenneth (DTM)

Safari Guide

Kyeyune is a seasoned professional in Uganda’s tourism and hospitality industry with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. Having begun his career in 2003, Kenneth has built a strong reputation for his deep knowledge of wildlife, culture, and hospitality management. He is among the first graduates of the Diploma in Tourism Management from the prestigious Hotel and Tourism Training Institute in Jinja, Uganda. His education laid a firm foundation for his professional journey, equipping him with the skills and insight necessary to excel in both the tourism and hospitality sectors. Kenneth is also a trained wildlife tour guidefrom the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC), where he gained hands-on experience in wildlife interpretation, conservation education, and guiding techniques.

His passion for Uganda’s rich cultural and natural heritage has enabled him to offer authentic, informative, and memorable experiences to both local and international visitors. His commitment to professionalism, cultural preservation, and sustainable tourism continues to make him a highly respected team member.
